Is your jewellery waterproof?

Yes! Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear or as we like to say "Jewellery made to live in". You can safely swim and shower in your pieces and know they will last. Our jewellery is waterproof and tarnish free.

What is your jewellery made from?

The majority of our silver pieces are sterling silver "925".

Our gold pieces are either 14ct or 18ct gold plated.

Each individual item should specify it's materials but if your still not sure, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Can I return my items?

Yes absolutely! We offer 30 day returns.

The only items that cannot be returned are the items that have been personalised.

How long will it take to get my order?

We aim to ship all orders out within 24-48 hours. If you need it in a rush we do offer express shipping.

Our personalised necklaces do take time to make as they are all handmade to order. We ask you to allow 10-15 business days for your order to be made. Need it sooner? Send us a message and our friendly team will be happy to see if there is anything we can do to help.
