Shipping

We will notify you via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Purchase Order and arrange for cancellation of the Purchase Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left our warehouse. To change your shipping address, please contact us.

In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreement alternative item or a full refund.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a public holiday. In this instance please expect delivery on the next business day.

Orders made on the weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Standard Delivery Within Australia

Standard delivery within Australia is FREE with any purchase of $40 or above. Otherwise we offer a $5 flat rate shipping fee. Standard deliveries will take 3-7 business days. For standard Australian deliveries, if your parcel is unable to fit in your mailbox or the courier cannot find a safe location to leave your parcel, a card will be left notifying you your parcel has been taken to an Australia Post retail outlet for collection. You will need to take your card and a form of identification to the specified outlet to collect your parcel.

Personalised Necklaces and Initial Necklaces are all handmade to order, we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, however please note that you need to allow approximately 3 weeks for your order to be made. 

Express Delivery Within Australia

We understand that sometimes you may want a quicker delivery. Express delivery is available, this can be organized for you by FIRST SIN, the cost of Express Shipping is AUD $8.00. Express shipping will be sent out via Australia Post. Order tracking is available. Orders are processed Monday through to Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. For express Australian deliveries, if your parcel is unable to fit in your mailbox or the courier cannot find a safe location to leave your parcel, a card will be left notifying you your parcel has been taken to an Australia Post retail outlet for collection. You will need to take your card and a form of identification to the specified outlet to collect your parcel.

 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Standard Air Mail to New Zealand will cost AUD $10.00. Deliveries to New Zealand will take 4-12 business days. For New Zealand deliveries, If you are not available at the address specified by you when the courier delivers your Product, the courier will leave your Products at your address. In some circumstances, if this is not suitable, a note will be left in your post box notifying you that your Product will be held at the courier facility for collection.

Orders shipped internationally will cost AUD $12.00. Deliveries will take 4-12 business days.

International orders may also be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. FIRST SIN accepts no responsibility for any additional charges. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

INCORRECT DELIVERY

 If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please let us know straight away so that we can sort it out for you.

Returns Policy

FIRST SIN – Returns

 You are responsible for the cost of shipping the Product back to FIRST SIN. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping option as refunds will only be made upon proof of receipt of return.

Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by FIRST SIN, however, please allow 14 days from the day You return the Product for your account to be credited.

Personalised items that have been custom made to order are final sale and non-refundable.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind on a purchase, please follow the steps below:

  • You must notify FIRST SIN within 7 days of accepting delivery and arrange immediate return of the Product after notification.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging
  • Earrings can’t be returned once they’ve been tried on. It’s Australian health and sanitation regulation- we can’t resell earrings if they’ve been worn.
  • You must provide a tax invoice as "proof of purchase".

To qualify for a full refund items must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged and unmarked condition.

  • You are responsible for arranging any insurance on the Product.
  • Upon receipt of the Product, FIRST SIN will refund to you the purchase price for the Product.
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by FIRST SIN, however, please allow 14 days from the day You return the Product for your account to be credited. This may take longer for international returns.

 Returns Due to Faulty or Damaged Product

Returns on faulty product will only be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date/45 days for international orders. Please follow the same steps as “returns due to change of mind” when returning a faulty product.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by FIRST SIN.
