CHARITIES

Q - Why do you give to charity?

A - We have the view that giving back to society and running a business are not mutually exclusive endeavors. We feel that you can collectively follow your heart, mind and soul.


Q - Which charities do you support?

A - Visit our We Support page for a full list of the charities we donate to.


Q - How much of my purchase will go to charity?

A - We give 5% of the purchase price, excluding any SALE items.

 

Q – Can I claim a tax deduction for the donation being made to charity?

A – No, since FIRST SIN is effectively donating to charities we are the only ones able to claim any deductions.

REFUNDS

Q – I want to return my purchase, what do I do?

A – Simply fill out the returns slip, which you would have received with your purchase, or download a copy returns slip. Please ensure you notify FIRST SIN within 7 days of accepting delivery and arrange immediate return of the Product after notification.  For Further information refer to our Shipping and Returns policy.

 

Q – Can I return a product that I bought on sale?

A – Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.

 

Q – How long does it take to receive my refund?

A – The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by FIRST SIN, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the Product for your account to be credited.

 

Q – How will I be refunded?

A – Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.


DELIVERY

Q – Do you deliver Australia wide?

A – Yes, we deliver to any address in Australia

 

Q – Do you deliver internationally?

A – Yes we can ship anywhere worldwide.

 

Q – Do I have to be home when my order is delivered?

A – If your parcel is unable to fit in your mailbox or the courier cannot find a safe location to leave your parcel, a card will be left notifying you your parcel has been taken to an Australia Post retail outlet for collection. You will need to take your card and a form of identification to the specified outlet to collect your parcel.


Q – I want to change my delivery address, is this possible?

A – As long as the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse you can amend your delivery address. Please contact us immediately to determine if this is still possible.

 

Q – Can I cancel my order?

A – If your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse then we will gladly cancel it. However, once the order has left unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations.

 

Q – How long will it take to receive my order?

A – All orders are shipped using Australia Post Express Post. Orders are processed Monday through to Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.  All orders outside Australia will take up to 4-12 business days.  Please refer to our shipping policy for further information.

 

Q – How much does shipping cost?

A – Standard deliveries within Australia are FREE. If you wish to receive your parcel via Express delivery, there will be a $5 cost involved. All international deliveries will incur a shipping charge. Please refer to our shipping policy for further details.

 

FAULTY ITEMS AND WARRANTY

Q – What do I do if I have received a faulty item?

A – If you have received a faulty product, please ensure you notify FIRST SIN within 7 days of accepting delivery and arrange immediate return of the Product after notification.

 

Q – Does my product come with any warranty?

A – All products come with a 3-month warranty. Please ensure you keep your receipt of your purchase for any warranty claims.

Q – What forms of payment are accepted?

A – We accept most major credit cards and PayPal.

Q – How do I know it is safe to shop with you?

Q – How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

A – At the bottom of the emails we send you, there is a unsubscribe button, simply click this and you will be unsubscribed from our mailing list. 

 

Q – Do you have a retail store that I can visit?

A – FIRST SIN product is available online only.


RING SIZING

Q – How do I know what ring size I am?

A – Our suggestion is that you wrap a piece of string around your finger; you then match this back to the “inside circumference” measurement in the table below to determine your size.
