Shipping

We will notify you via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Purchase Order and arrange for cancellation of the Purchase Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left our warehouse. To change your shipping address, please contact us.

In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreement alternative item or a full refund.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a public holiday. In this instance please expect delivery on the next business day.

Orders made on the weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Standard Delivery Within Australia

We offer FREE Standard delivery within Australia for any purchase of $65 or above. Otherwise we offer a $8 flat rate shipping fee.

Standard deliveries will take 3-7 business days. 

Personalised Necklaces and Initial Necklaces are all handmade to order, we aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, however please note that you need to allow approximately 3 weeks for your order to be made. 

Express Delivery Within Australia

We understand that sometimes you may want a quicker delivery.  Express Shipping is AUD $10.00.

 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Orders shipped internationally will cost AUD $15.00. Deliveries will take 4-12 business days.

International orders may also be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. FIRST SIN accepts no responsibility for any additional charges. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

INCORRECT DELIVERY

 If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please let us know straight away so that we can sort it out for you.

Returns Policy

We have a 30 day returns policy* 

*Please note SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty. Personalised items that have been custom made to order are final sale and non-refundable.

Due to Australian health and sanitation regulation, EARRINGS cannot be returned. 

To qualify for a full refund items must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged and unmarked condition.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the Product back to FIRST SIN. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping option as refunds will only be made upon proof of receipt of return.

Refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payment. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by FIRST SIN, however, please allow 14 days from the day You return the Product for your account to be credited.

Note any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.

Product Warranty

Our Jewellery comes with a 3 month warranty. 

In the event you have received a faulty item or a piece of jewellery has broken due to a manufacturing defect you have within 90 days of the item(s) delivery to submit a claim. Your item must be purchased from firstsin.com.au 

Coverage includes:

  • Manufacturing defects

Does not include:

  • Lost jewellery
  • Scratches, bends, and breaks from normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse of jewellery or improper storage
