CHARITIES

Q - Why do you give to charity?

A - We have the view that giving back to society and running a business are not mutually exclusive endeavors. We feel that you can collectively follow your heart, mind and soul.


Q - Which charities do you support?

A - Visit our We Support page for a full list of the charities we donate to.


Q - How much of my purchase will go to charity?

A - $1 of every sale is donated to charity.

 

 

 PERSONALISED ITEMS/INITIALS PIECES

 

Q – How long will my order take?

 

A – As these pieces are handmade to order, it takes approximately 3 weeks for your order to be made. But trust us the wait will be worth it.

 

Q – Can I change the letter/symbol placement once my order has been placed?

 

A – Unfortunately we can’t accept changes once your order has been placed. So please ensure you check it and are happy with it before placing your order.

 

Q – What if my necklace breaks?

 

A – We stand by our pieces and their quality. But please bear in mind the delicate nature of these pieces. They require love and care. We offer a 90 day product warranty, which covers manufacturers defect. If your necklace is not covered by product warranty, we can repair it for a fee of $70. Please email customercare@firstsin.com.au with the details 

 

Q- Can I return my personalized order?

 

A – We cannot accept returns for personalized items. Sale of these items is Final.

REFUNDS

Q – I want to return my purchase, what do I do?

A – We offer 30 day returns. Please email customercare@firstsin.com.au to arrange your product return. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. For Further information refer to our Shipping and Returns policy.

 

Q – Can I return a product that I bought on sale?

A – Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.

 

Q – How long does it take to receive my refund?

A – The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by FIRST SIN, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the Product for your account to be credited.

 

Q – How will I be refunded?

A – Refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payment that was used to make the purchase.


DELIVERY

Q – Do you deliver Australia wide?

A – Yes, we deliver to any address in Australia. We offer FREE shipping over $65. Otherwise shipping will cost $8 for Standard Delivery and $10 for Express Delivery

 

Q – Do you deliver internationally?

A – Yes we can ship anywhere worldwide.

  

Q – I want to change my delivery address, is this possible?

A – As long as the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse you can amend your delivery address. Please contact us immediately to determine if this is still possible.

 

Q – Can I cancel my order?

A – If your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse then we will gladly cancel it. However, once the order has left unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations.

 

Q – How long will it take to receive my order?

A – All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Orders are processed Monday through to Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.  All orders outside Australia will take up to 4-12 business days.  Please refer to our shipping policy for further information.

  

FAULTY ITEMS AND WARRANTY

Q – What do I do if I have received a faulty item?

A – If you have received a faulty product, please email customercare@firststin.com.au immediately. 

 

Q – Does my product come with any warranty?

A – All products come with a 3 month warranty. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information on product warranty. 

 

PAYMENTS AND CURRENCY

Q – What forms of payment are accepted?

A – We accept most major credit cards and PayPal, Apple Pay and Afterpay.

 

Q – What currency are your prices?

A – All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

 

ONLINE MATTERS

Q – How do I know it is safe to shop with you?

A – We adhere to the Privacy Act; your details will not be shared with any third party. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

Q – How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

A – At the bottom of the emails we send you, there is a unsubscribe button, simply click this and you will be unsubscribed from our mailing list. 

 

Q – Do you have a retail store that I can visit?

A – FIRST SIN product is available online only.


RING SIZING

Q – How do I know what ring size I am?

A – Our suggestion is that you wrap a piece of string around your finger; you then match this back to the “inside circumference” measurement in the table below to determine your size.
