The Only 3 Jewellery Trends That Matter for 2023

The Only 3 Jewellery Trends That Matter for 2023

It never fails to surprise me just how much of an impact jewellery can have on your outfits and, indeed, your sense of style.

Where jeans and T-shirts, blazers and jumpers might form the staples upon which your ensembles are built, it's pieces such as shoes and bags and hats and a plethora of other accessories that add personality to your wares. None more so than jewellery!

Many of us choose our jewellery carefully, especially when items of excellent variety come into play. Because of this, I think it's always beneficial to keep abreast of the goings-on in the bijoux world. Won't you join me as I break down the top jewellery trends of 2023? Snake chains, pearl earrings, and initial necklaces are the only jewellery trends that matter in 2023.

2. PEARLS ARE BACK!

But not the kind you may know. This gem is getting remixed, and we're especially fans of new styles like pearl hoops or chains with pearls mixed in. It's a fresh take on a classic look.

Overall, you will see that a significant trend for 2023 is a return to simplicity.

As we've seen over the past few years, jewellery has become increasingly complex—from metalwork to gemstones to new ways of wearing them (like on your wrist or ankle). But as we move into 2023, we'll see a shift back towards simpler pieces. You'll notice fewer stones and more metalwork in many designs, which means less fuss and more focus on what makes each piece special (and beautiful).
Another big trend is a focus on sustainability. As we become more aware of how our actions affect our planet and its inhabitants, we're seeing people take steps to make their purchases more sustainable. This includes looking for materials that are eco-friendly and using them for their products. This can include using recycled materials or materials from plants or animals that are not endangered.
